Marcel's food is heavenly. Extraordinary creations, with lots of fish (the chef is from Zeeland and is true to his roots!), such as wonderful oysters, delicious scallops, but the Anjou pigeon is also a real treat. ËœThe overall experience is worth the huge expenses, but there are now rumours that the originality of this minimalist top restaurant Ëœis not the same as it used to be. The renovation done in the summer of 2007 Ëœhas been a big improvement.
